The Hyperchill Plus-E range offers versatile and flexible solutions for applications, requiring a cooling capacity in the range of 2.9 kW to 120.6 kW.

Extremely compact and easy to use, the Hyperchill Plus-E range is designed for safe and reliable operation in the most varied working conditions, providing a precise and accurate control of the process fluid temperature.

With a non-ferrous hydraulic circuit, chillers in the Hyperchill Plus-E range ensure stable working conditions with maximum quality and cleanliness of the cooling fluid (water, water / glycol mixture, low viscosity fluids), improving the efficiency and productivity of the process and greatly reducing maintenance costs and plant downtime.

• Low GWP R513A refrigerant with a GWP of 573, whilst still remaining within the A1 (low toxicity / non-flammable) safety classification and therefore being suitable for being installed inside or outside without the need for additional risk assessments that A2L to A3 chiller units require.
• With the options of no pump, or integral 1.5, 3 and 5 bar pumps, we can ensure that a solution can be achieved for any process application pressure requirement.
• A differential pressure switch ensures a system shut down in the case that the circuit runs dry, protecting the customers investment.
• With its compact design, the Hyperchill Plus-E provides a space saving and easy to install solution.
• Condenser filters reduce dirt preventing system downtime.
• Reliable operation even in extreme ambient conditions. The standard units allow maximum ambient temperatures up to 48 °C and tropicalised units are available upon request.
• The non-ferrous hydraulic circuit maintains the quality of the coolant ensuring stable working conditions, improving productivity, and decreasing maintenance costs.

Parker’s Hyperchill Smart-E range is designed to deliver reliable and precise industrial cooling while supporting reduced environmental impact through the use of an ultra-low GWP refrigerant.

Optimised for process  applications under the Seasonal Energy Performance Ratio (SEPR(HT)) to ErP Ecodesign Regulation 2016/2281, the Hyperchill Smart-E operates with R1234ze refrigerant, offering high efficiency across a wide range of media and ambient temperature conditions.

The range provides a flexible solution with multiple water circuit pump and tank options, allowing configurations to be tailored to suit different process requirements and application pressures.

R1234ze is an A2L refrigerant with low toxicity and limited flammability, enabling simplified installation requirements. It also avoids the increased transport and storage costs that some competitor chillers that use R32, R454B, or R290 have, due to R1234ze being classified as Class 2, 2A (non-flammable, non-toxic gas) under ADR Transportation Regulations.

Each unit is designed to deliver stable, efficient operation, helping improve productivity while reducing energy consumption and long-term operating costs.

• With an ultra-low GWP of just 1.37, R1234ze refrigerant delivers high efficiency whilst supporting a reduced environmental impact.
• R1234ze is an A2L refrigerant (low toxicity and limited flammability), allowing for simplified installation requirements compared to systems using A3 refrigerants.
• There are no transport or storage limitations for R1234ze refrigerant, which is classified as Class 2, 2A under ADR regulations. This avoids the restrictions associated with A3 and other A2L refrigerants such as R290, R32 and R464B.
• Multiple water circuit pump and tank options allow the system to be configured to suit different process requirements.
• The system is optimised for process and SEPR applications, with wide operating ranges for both media (-10°C to +48°C) and ambient temperatures (-10°C to +25°C).
